New type of spoon stabilizes itself for people with essential tremor (video)

A pretty neat demonstration of a new spoon that stabilizes itself, to help people with essential tremor or Parkinson’s be able to eat.

The video is amazing.

The company is called LiftWare, and the spoon goes for around $295. You can order one here. Because the battery is rechargeable, you want to looko into how long the battery lasts, when you’d need a new battery, and whether it can be replaced or do you need to buy a new $295 spoon after a few years.  Still, it’s a need product.  They say it elements 70% of the tremor.
