Weekend cooking – 2 watermelon salads (video)

One of the great things about the summer is the availability of local produce. I’ve always loved watermelon and with the seedless varieties, they’re really great to use in salads. I found two salads that I like but there have to be more that works as well or better.

There’s just no reason not to eat more local fruits and vegetables in the summer when it’s so easy to find so many great options.
