With all of this unusually cold and snowy weather this year, I’ve thought more about cooking stews to help keep warm. They always seem fitting in this weather. I also prefer lamb over most beef over here so I keep playing around with one particular recipe that really does the job.
If you like lamb and dried fruit, this one is excellent. The fact that it’s easy is a big bonus as well. Lamb stew with dried apricots, yum.
