Autistic boy wins homecoming king by largest margin ever (video)

A very neat story and a sweet video from the ABC affiliate in Jacksonville, Florida.

Rob Meeks, a guidance counselor and faculty sponsor of the Student Government Association, said Morris had the highest vote total of anyone in the ten years he has been running the homecoming event.

One reason the students love him is Tyler has the unique ability to ask her birthday, and he never forgets it. And you can give him the date you were born and he can tell you what day you were born on. He did it for this reporter, I told him by birthdate in 1955 and within seconds he told me I was born on a Thursday, and he was spot on.

And what amazing classmates.  High school is hardly the place to be different.  At least it used to be that way.  This is a seriously cool group of students.
