Jodie Foster, Inside the Actor’s Studio (video)

I’m still on holiday mode – exhausted from the election, still, and battling a bit of a chest cold that can’t seem to quite get its grips on me, but has incessantly tried from a day or before the election. So, we’ll get back into major politics on Monday, but for today, it’s weekend vacation mode :)

So I stumbled upon this video yesterday and just got sucked in.

I was actually watching old I Dream of Jeannie videos, because of Larry Hagman’s death. Those brought me to Buffy and Jody from family Affair, and somehow Jodie Foster popped up.

It’s funny – I have friends who really don’t like James Lipton and these Inside the Actors Studio episodes. I love them. Find them fascinating. Love what he draws out of the actors.

    A friend and colleague of mine once said I reminded him of Jodie Foster in that she and I had the same voice and speech patterns, and even had a passing resemblance.

    I took it as a very high compliment. She’s amazing.

          It was Chris (in Paris’) wife Joelle who first turned me on to ginger tea. A reader, Donna in Rome, makes a similar tea simply by steeping cinnamon sticks, I still need to try that one.
