In a major surprise, there was sunshine waiting today when I woke. Sometimes Mother Nature can deliver some excellent surprises when you’re not expecting any. This means a run over to the gardening store to grab a few final items for setting up the garden for winter. The mums are holding steady out there and despite all of the rain, they’re still blooming nicely and have plenty more buds ready to jump in for more color.
