9th Circuit will rule tomorrow about releasing videos of Prop 8 court case

Wikipedia has the background on this particular part of the case:

On September 19, 2011, [District Court Judge James] Ware ordered the release of the trial videotapes to the public, which the defender-intervenors had sought to keep under seal. The Ninth Circuit stayed the release of the videos pending appeal, and heard oral arguments on the appeal on December 8, 2011.

This is the decision that will be issued tomorrow.
