I’m not sure there was any alternative. As much as the TSA baggage inspector was “just joking,” it’s inappropriate to leave joke notes inside people’s luggage, let alone sexual jokes. And the larger issue here is the concern for privacy we’ve all had going through TSA checkpoints. The person who left the note stepped into a larger issue that pretty much required them being fired, if only to send a message to others. More on the story here.
