Arguments have concluded in the Prop. 8 case

The argument ended at 4:02 PM Pacific. According to Judge Walker, “The matter is submitted.” Now, we await his decision.

Our side’s legal team will be holding a press conference shortly at the U.C. Hastings School of Law.

Just saw this tweet from Marriage Equality:

We are done here and leave hoping that we will soon see that day where we will have marriage equality and be more American.

Hoping that Judge Walker’s decision sets us on that path.
